One of Puffer Roske Farm’s specialties is pastured pork. Like with our chickens, Charlie encourages the pigs to follow their instincts and do what they do best – root around and turn the soil while eating grass and other plants. We currently have nine pigs on farm. We have mixed quarters, halves, and whole pigs available for purchase at this time.
Puffer Roske Farms will even sell you a whole live pig if you want to do the processing yourself.
Mixed Pork Quarters
Puffer Roske Farms Mixed Pork Quarters contain a mix of meat from the front and back quarters of the pigs.
An example of what a mixed quarter could look like is below.
- 1 – half tenderloin
- 8 – packs pork chops
- 1 – boston butt
- 1 – shoulder roast
- 1 – pack spare ribs
- 2 – packs pork bones
- 3 – packs fat back
- 5 – packs ground pork
- 10- packs breakfast sausage (please include in the notes with your order if you want hot, mild or a mix of the two)
- 5 – packs Zesty Italian Sausage Links
- 5 – packs Bratwurst Links
